Raphael Tuor is a top chef with a past, who has earned his spurs in the best restaurants throughout Switzerland. His work at the Restaurant Adler in Nebikon was legendary: 17 Gault Millau points and a Michelin star were the result of his work.
After 10 years of creative work, he said goodbye to absolute haut cuisine, leased the "Reussbad" in Lucerne and from then on concentrated on regional products - the whole still at a 16-point level!
At the Krone, the master chef is now happy to be able to concentrate fully on the kitchen again. He wants to amaze his guests and not just serve them dishes, but conjure up lasting taste experiences on the table that are second to none.
