In autumn, game specialities adorn our menu.
Our kitchen team will spoil you with game classics such as saddle of venison, venison pepper or venison entrecôte. However, we deliberately think beyond the fillet and use the whole animal - nose to tail.
Our game comes from the nearby Muotathal, the Napf region and the Engadine.

Curdin Gianola's cuisine is based on rustic classics with subtle modern nuances. He has clear priorities when it comes to what goes on the plate in his dishes: regional and seasonal.
Vegetarian options also find their place on the menu.
The chef artfully and carefully presents his dishes prepared to gourmet standards. The herbs and various ingredients are picked from his own garden or bought fresh at the Lucerne weekly market.
